The Bodyworkshop is a small friendly gym/exercise club.
It has a free weight area, separate cardio area with treadmills, bikes, rower and cross trainer.
The studio area is mirrored, with a sprung floor.
It has natural light and windows that can be opened!
It has a sunbed and an infra red sauna (helps aid weight loss, detox, muscle aches and pains).
Many of our clients come via personal recommendation.
We are very family orientated and have had three generations of family members!
The bodyworkshop likes to involve itself and members in helping to raise money for charity.
There are also regular workshops including street dance for teens, flamenco etc.
Christine Ash, the proprietor, has been teaching in the Lewes area for over 20 years.

The Bodyworkshop is on the North Street Industrial estate.
Turn off towards the north street industrial estate,
Gorringe Auction rooms on your left,
Keep going past the car park, in the direction of the Fire Station, To your right is the old market lane garage,
Oppposite this is a small road (unmarked), it runs directly along side the car park recycle bins,
Turn into this road
We are directly on the right, we have our own car park area,
The bodyworkshop sign is on the wall outside
